Sujith Jain is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Digital Transformation & Technology Services in Bangalore. With more than 20 years of expertise, Mr. Jain specializes in delivering transformative digital solutions that align technology with strategic business goals. His deep industry knowledge spans banking, financial services, and insurance; real estate; manufacturing; and retail, where he has spearheaded numerous large-scale transformations, driving measurable value creation and exceptional customer engagement.

Mr. Jain advises organizations on designing and implementing cutting-edge technology strategies that streamline operations, leverage data analytics for actionable insights, and foster innovation at scale. Among his notable achievements is leading a transformative initiative for a $40 billion banking client, conceptualizing and executing a comprehensive digital banking journey for over 130 million subscribers.

Mr. Jain earned a bachelor’s degree in telecommunication engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.

Shilpa Malaiya Singhai is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Business Transformation Services in Mumbai. She leads the firm’s efforts across the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sector.

With over 19 years of consulting experience, Ms. Singhai has worked with leading telecom operators, broadcasters, and enterprise technology firms across India, the Middle East, and Europe. Her areas of expertise include growth strategies, revenue acceleration, customer experience-led transformation, EBITDA improvement, and data and AI strategy.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Singhai worked at Accenture, where she helped shape the firm’s early foray into the semiconductor sector. Prior to that, she worked at EY, where she played a key role in building its TMT Consulting practice in India. 

Ms. Singhai earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal, and an MBA from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.

Anup Gandhi is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Business Transformation Services in India. He brings more than 25 years of experience making strategic decisions, identifying and implementing operational and organizational improvements, developing mechanisms to monitor cash requirements and manage working capital and developing comprehensive plans for mergers, acquisitions and fundraising.

Mr. Gandhi leads Chief Financial Officer services and finance transformation services for A&M in India. He helps bring on-ground leadership and put in place management information systems, processes and controls with clear timelines to get organizations ready for accelerated growth.

Additionally, Mr. Gandhi has been involved in supporting private equity funds on operating diligence during the investment stage, helping portfolio companies and corporates improve performance post investment, generating improved working capital and optimized SG&A cost.

Mr. Gandhi’s notable assignments include leading the setup of the finance function for a carved-out infrastructure business of a large telecom company, improving business, finance and reporting processes for information technology/IT enabled services companies and playing interim CFO roles to improve working capital and EBIDTA.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Gandhi served as Group CFO with three of Everstone PE’s portfolio companies in the hospitality industry. He was also the CFO for a large education company, where he was responsible for taking the firm public. Furthermore, Mr. Gandhi served in leadership roles at a luxury retail company and Philips Electronics Limited. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including IT services, pharma, retail, education, hospitality and consumer products.

Mr. Gandhi earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from HR College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
