At A&M India, we give equal priority to the health & fitness of our employees through various fun initiatives such as marathon challenges, sports day celebrations, 4-week wellness challenge and more. Apart from this, with a focus on mental health and well-being of all the employees, we have also collaborated with Amaha — providing therapy sessions, personalised plan with 600+ tools, activities, articles & daily reminders.

Women India Network (WIN)

Women India Network (WIN)

Inspired by our global women networks in different geographies, the Women India Network (WIN) was launched in 2023. The idea behind WIN is to inspire, mentor and provide equal opportunities to women to be the next generation leaders in the firm. So far, we have been able to touch upon topics like – power of networking, entering in groups, financial well-being, managing menopause, several art and diet & nutrition workshops. We aim to have maximum women partners driving the business for our firm by 2030.

I A&M Proud started its journey to create awareness around different gender identity, expression, sexual orientation, normalize conversations around these spectrums & generating more allies. We believe in working around various dimensions not limited to speaker series, inviting entrepreneurs to put up their work at our Rainbow Bazaar, movie screenings, walking the pride march. One of the programs we run differently is branded as “out for business initiatives” where we help small LGBTQ+ businesses scale-up with the help of our consulting experts. This employee resource group works on a framework known as ACE (A – Awareness; C – Championing the cause; E – Empathy).
