A passionate travel and adventure enthusiast, Akshay has explored over 20 countries and taken on thrilling experiences such as bungee jumping, scuba diving, and trekking to Everest Base Camp.
Outside of work, he enjoys researching the financial markets, maintaining a consistent fitness routine, and spending quality time with his family. For Akshay, maintaining work-life balance is all about thoughtful planning and that with 24 hours in a day and 168 in a week, there’s enough time for work, fitness, and fun.
A thought he lives by is “Fall in love with the process, and the outcomes will take care of themselves.”
A fun fact about him: He has developed deep expertise in technical analysis for both trading and investing.
Anmol Hariharan

A creative and curious mind, Anmol enjoys doodling and curating abstract art, as well as expressing herself through dance. Outside of work, she loves learning foreign languages—she speaks French fluently—and also has a knack for singing.
While she’s still perfecting her work-life balance, she focuses on prioritizing tasks thoughtfully to manage both personal and professional commitments.

Senior Office Manager
A dedicated and detail-oriented professional, Edna has been an integral part of A&M for over 15 years. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, solving online sudoku puzzles, and watching YouTube videos.
She maintains a healthy work-life balance through a structured routine, including morning walks and an early bedtime on weekdays.

Suppriyah Pillai,
Head of Payroll Operations, APAC
A passionate traveler and cooking enthusiast, Suppriyah finds joy in exploring new cuisines and destinations. Her curiosity for cultures and flavors inspires her both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, she maintains balance through mindful time management and believes that self-discipline is key to staying grounded in a fast-paced environment.
A thought she lives by: “A company culture should be one where every voice matters, doors stay open, diversity thrives, and women lead with strength and purpose.”
A fun fact about her: Suppriyah began learning Bharatanatyam at the age of 48 and gave her first stage performance at 49 — a video of which was proudly uploaded by her dance school on YouTube.
She is also deeply proud of earning her Master’s in Business Accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney, which she completed while raising her young son — a milestone that reflects her perseverance and determination.
